Free Ear Acupuncture

Free community ear acupuncture is a simple, accessible way to experience acupuncture in a quiet group setting. No appointment is needed, and you don't need to be an existing Heartwood patient.

What to expect:

During a session, I gently place up to five small acupuncture needles in each ear. You'll then sit quietly in a group setting for about 20–30 minutes while the needles remain in place.

People often come for:

  • A greater sense of calm

  • Better sleep

  • Relief from stress and anxiety

  • Support with trauma recovery

  • Help reducing cravings for alcohol, nicotine, and other substances
